Return and Refund Policy

We want you to receive the correct wheels and tires for your vehicle. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us at support@milesub.com if there is any issue.

Return eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unmounted, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Wheels or tires that have been mounted, installed, driven on, damaged, modified, or used are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Fitment responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming wheel and tire fitment before purchase. Vehicle year, make, model, trim, suspension setup, brake clearance, tire size, wheel offset, bolt pattern, and other factors may affect fitment. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified damaged/incorrect item. Original shipping and handling costs may be non-refundable where applicable.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
