At Milesub, we want customers to receive the correct replacement wheels and related automotive products for their vehicles. Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and contact us if there is an issue.

30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For a standard return, the product must be unused, undamaged, unmounted, uninstalled, not driven on, unmodified, and in its original packaging. Products that have been mounted, installed, used, driven on, damaged, or modified generally do not qualify for standard returns, except where required by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Contact wangli@mengmeng-tu.com with your order number, the product concerned, and the reason for return. We will review the request and provide instructions if approved. Please do not ship products to our registered business address or another address without return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified damaged/incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We recommend reporting visible shipping damage or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery. We will review the case and advise the appropriate next steps. This recommended reporting period does not eliminate any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Vehicle Fitment Responsibility

Vehicle year, make, model, trim, brake clearance, hub bore, bolt pattern, offset, wheel width, tire size, suspension configuration, and modifications can affect fitment. Customers should verify product specifications and vehicle compatibility before purchase and installation, and contact us beforehand if unsure. Nothing in this section limits remedies for defective, misdescribed, or incorrect products under applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, as applicable. The time taken for a refund to appear may vary by payment provider. We will advise customers of the outcome and any applicable deductions permitted by law. Original shipping and handling costs may be non-refundable where applicable. Any optional paid shipping or handling charges will be treated according to the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law.
